Inside you’ll find both formal and informal dining and living rooms, with an open concept chef’s kitchen that’s ideal for personal or professional use. The primary suite has its own wing of the house with two spacious closets, a desk, and a gorgeous bathroom with heated tub and separate spa shower. From there you can open the french doors to enjoy the backyard breeze or walk a few steps around to the home gym. A separate bedroom with ensuite bath and lofted music and meditation area is located off of the dining room, while upstairs across the home await the two additional queen bedrooms. Separated by a large landing area with a daybed, TV, and workspace, each second floor bedroom also has its own walk-in closet and ensuite bath with soaking tub.
Set deep in the backyard, the pool house has its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry room, and lofted sleeping area. The living space includes a projector, sizable screen, and room darkening shades, making it the perfect place to enjoy a film or review the day’s footage. Alternatively, a caregiver would be quite comfortable residing in this private space that’s just across the pool from the family.

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Guest Access:
You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.
The Neighborhood:
Located a mile from lush Chastain Park, you can work up a sweat running, cycling, swimming, riding horses, or playing tennis, golf, or baseball. There's also a playground, an amphitheater that hosts great musical acts, and a lovely restaurant/coffeeshop.
The tony enclave of Buckhead contains some of Atlanta's finest homes, shops, and eateries. Travel back in time at the Atlanta History Center and Swan House or enjoy a round of golf at Bobby Jones or Chastain Park. The Buckhead Village District is the destination for luxury shopping in Atlanta, and fine dining options of every variety abound in the neighborhood as well.
Other Things to Note:
- NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, a minimum fine of $1000, plus any damages and additional cleaning fees.
-PET POLICY: While we love your furry friends, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cat stays MUST be reviewed on a case by case basis in advance of booking and are typically only approved for longer stays and for additional fees to appropriately mitigate afterwards.
* One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $150 fee, and each additional pet will be $100. A $500 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per poop left behind. Guests are liable for any pet damages.
- ADDITIONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION: Due to short-term rental regulations in Atlanta, additional identity verification is required. This ensures the consistency of guest profiles and prevents stolen identities. Minty Living utilizes a secure third-party vetting provider with 256-bit military encryption and GDPR compliance.
- LATE CHECK OUT: Check out at 10AM. Failure to secure a late check-out in advance will incur a $150 Cleaning Call Out Fee in addition to the applicable fees.

- 12:00 p.m = $55
- 1:00 p.m. = $75
- 2:00 p.m. or later = 1 night's rent
- NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Management must be informed of every individual staying in the property.
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors. Failure to comply may result in a fine of 1/2 one night's rent.
- SMOKING POLICY: Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $1500.
- PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with prior disclosure. A pet fee of $500 per undisclosed pet applies, and a $25 fee will be charged for each pet waste left behind.
- LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. It is the guest's responsibility to insure their personal belongings and those of their guests. Manager and its staff are not responsible for guests' contents, lost items, or forgotten packages.
- CLEANING AND FURNITURE: Excessive cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration to the original position will incur a fee of $25 per piece.
